What is this system?

The Superior University Complaint Management System (UCMS) is an official digital platform that allows members of the university community to submit, track, and follow up on complaints related to academics, administration, facilities, and other university services. All submissions are routed to the relevant department and reviewed by authorised staff.


How does it work?

  1. Submit your complaint

    Fill in the complaint form using your @superior.edu.pk email address. Describe the issue and attach supporting files if available.

  2. Verify your email

    A verification link will be sent to your university email. Click the link to confirm your submission.

  3. Complaint is routed

    Once verified, your complaint is automatically forwarded to the relevant department head for review.

  4. Track progress

    Use the Track Complaint feature with your tracking ID to monitor the status in real time.

  5. Resolution & closure

    You will be notified when your complaint has been reviewed, acted upon, and closed.

Students

Any enrolled student with a valid @superior.edu.pk email can submit academic, administrative, or facility-related complaints.

Faculty & Staff

University employees can raise HR, infrastructure, or administrative concerns through the authenticated portal.

Administration

Department heads and administrators can view, assign, and resolve complaints from their dedicated dashboard.
